GM/Chevrolet 5.3 325 Shortblock - 1999-2007 - Without AFM

Description

The Chevy/GM 5.3l 325 Vortec engine was introduced as a replacement for its main line of half-ton trucks and SUVs.

The first iteration of the 5.3 325 was the LM7, which featured aluminum cylinder heads and a cast iron block.

Throughout its production, it used two camshafts. Later models (2000-2006) feature a different camshaft with a lower lobe separation angle
